Order modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@getlumana.com. Order modifications can only be accommodated within 6 hours of your order being placed. After this window, your order may have already entered fulfillment, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

We encourage you to review all order details carefully before submitting. Once your order has shipped, no further modifications or alterations can be made.

Processing and shipping

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotions. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are processed within 2 business days. All shipping timelines begin once your order has been fully processed and dispatched.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. Lumana is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

Failed deliveries

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout, including your full name, address, and contact information. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery will be subject to a re-shipment fee, which will be confirmed with you before we proceed.

Lumana is not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
